Flowmeter Housing Hydrostatic Test Bench

The PLFM Series Flowmeter Housing Hydrostatic Test Bench is designed for hydrostatic pressure resistance, static pressure performance, and water-tightness testing of flow meter housings. It features automatic loading, clamping, sealing, pressure control, and test monitoring to efficiently evaluate leakage, deformation, and rupture.

The PLFM series flow meter hydrostatic test bench is designed to perform hydrostatic pressure resistance, static pressure performance, and water-tightness tests on flow meter housings. The equipment features a one-touch loading system that automatically transfers the housing into the test chamber and completes the clamping and sealing process. The entire testing sequence is fully automated, monitoring the housing for leakage, deformation, or rupture to ensure the safety and reliability of the flow meter housing during actual operation.

Key Features and Characteristics:

Utilizes a proprietary liquid booster pump or electric booster unit (developed by Shandong Hengrong) as the pressure source, offering steplessly adjustable output pressure and freely configurable pressure-rise rates;
Equipped with an automatic air-purging and liquid-filling system to rapidly vent air and fill the flow meter under test with liquid;
Test parameters—such as test pressure, holding pressure, and holding duration—are configured via computer software, allowing the testing process to be completed automatically;
Features automatic pressure compensation during testing, ensuring a high level of automation, ease of operation, and reliable performance;
Automatically shuts down and triggers an alarm in the event of leakage or overpressure; an emergency stop button is available for immediate shutdown and automatic pressure release during emergencies;
All valves, fittings, and connectors are made of stainless steel to ensure pressure ratings and safety, making the system compatible with most liquid media.
