Scope of Application
The fully automatic safety valve dynamic lapping machine developed and manufactured by Shandong Hengrong is suitable for lapping the valve seats and discs of various flat hard-sealed safety valves.

- Forward and reverse rotation of the valve disc lapping plate is adjustable. Valve discs move on the lapping plate. With lapping baffles, the motion path can be adjusted, and multiple small valve discs can be lapped simultaneously.
- The lapping motor adopts a servo motor with a stepless speed controller, and the lapping speed can be set within the range.
