Main Features:
I. Advanced Design
1. High-precision pressure sensors and displacement sensors are adopted to effectively improve the measurement accuracy of safety valve opening curves.
2. Remote control via handheld tablet PC is supported. Wireless connection is realized through the operating system, completely getting rid of the restrictions of data cables and power cords.
3. Full-curve monitoring of the test process is available to truly restore the entire popping process of safety valves. The opening point is automatically judged by computer to avoid errors caused by manual selection.
4. The data acquisition system is powered uniformly by computer, with no external battery required, ensuring continuous and stable system operation.
5. Dynamic calibration can be performed between sensors, data acquisition system and data processing system to further improve test accuracy.
6. The system is equipped with automatic zero compensation function to accurately determine the starting point of the curve.
II. Easy Operation
1. The whole test can be started by toggling only two switches.
2. Wireless remote control via tablet PC is supported for more convenient calibration.
3. Test results are automatically judged by computer in accordance with evaluation criteria.
4. The assembly process is further simplified. Integrated quick-connect design is adopted for sensor plugs and oil pump pipelines for easy plugging and unplugging.
III. Database Management
1. Powerful and reliable database management function enables convenient data retrieval, storage and report export.
2. Supports printing curve reports and standard reports complying with national specifications.
3. Calibration reports can print the original spring characteristic curves of safety valves, which truly reflect the pressure characteristics during valve opening.
4. Original calibration record reports can fully store all raw data and test curves of the safety valve.
5. Data can be directly tested and managed on the tablet PC without importing through intermediate devices.
