Portable Safety Valve Calibration Bench

Main Technical Parameters:

(1) Maximum nominal diameter: DN200mm. Customization for larger nominal diameter is available upon request.
(2) Maximum test pressure: 40MPa for gas, 100MPa for liquid. Customization for higher pressure rating is available upon request.
(3) Pressure measurement accuracy: Class 0.4 pressure gauge (higher accuracy optional).
(4) Test medium: Nitrogen, compressed air or clean water (gas & liquid dual-purpose model can be designed and manufactured).

 Main Functions and Features:

(1) The equipment adopts advanced design principle with multiple clamping modes, including pneumatic clamping, pneumatic-hydraulic clamping and electro-hydraulic clamping for customers to select.
(2) Bottled nitrogen is directly adopted for low-pressure testing. High-pressure testing requires an external booster system, and the test is completed by high-pressure gas output from the booster system.
(3) The clamping seat adopts either three-jaw or two-jaw structure with uniform force distribution and stable output force, suitable for clamping valves of various shapes and sizes.
(4) The full series is equipped with dual pressure gauges. A safety pressure relief device is installed on the low-pressure gauge to prevent pressure gauge damage caused by misoperation.
(5) Test tooling can be provided according to customer requirements to meet safety valve test demands.
(6) All high-pressure valves, pipe fittings and connectors are made of stainless steel.
